You land on a welcome page. We activate your access within 1 business day, and you sign in with the email you paid with.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled. Email us until the self-serve portal is live. See the refund policy for details.
Are there limits on AI?
Pro includes 200 AI messages a month, shared across AI features. If you hit the limit, the coach shows the guide's relevant sections instead.
Does it send messages to my customers?
No. It writes drafts. You copy them and send them yourself.
