How it answers
Cites every answer
Each paragraph links to the chapter it came from. A paragraph without a real source gets removed before you see it.
Knows your stage
Your Path Card shapes what it looks at first, so a 4-person shop doesn't get enterprise advice.
Declines when unsure
If the guide doesn't cover it, it says so and points to the closest chapter.
What it won't do
- It isn't legal, tax or financial advice. On those topics it tells you to bring in a qualified person.
- It never moves money, signs anything, or makes a decision for you.
- It never texts, calls or emails anyone. Drafts are for you to send.
- It can be wrong. Citations let you check, and you should on anything important.
- It doesn't replace a person who knows you and pushes back.
Limits
Pro includes 200 AI messages a month, shared across the coach, SOP generator, personalized drafts, calculator explanations and CEO Review. If AI is ever unavailable or you reach the limit, it shows you the guide's relevant sections with sources instead.
Your information
What you type goes to our AI provider to produce an answer, so leave out customer names and account numbers. We don't send your account email or billing details with it.
